Lynn and Joël are teaming on all levels of the business. This structure encourages more teaming and less "I", it brings out more opportunities to know oneself, it promotes transparency, growth, knowledge, and creativity. It speaks to our mission of teaching, inspiring and supporting others to become leaders. This is our Path.

| Founder and Executive Director, Lynn Nauth
Since 1977, Lynn has worked in the field of autism and disabilities: residential, in-home, supported employment and behavioral consulting.
She was the lead of Behavioral Support Strategies prior to changing in 2007 into the nonprofit, GraceLyn Group.
Lynn studied at the Metropolitan State University with an emphasis in Humane Services/Psychology, is a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional and Behavioral Strategist. She is a certified Growth and Leadership Coach and has studied extensively at the Glasser Institute.

| Associate Executive Director, Joël Seguin
Joël joined Gracelyn in 2006. Previously, he worked as a Business Book Editor and Project Manager for a publishing company, Eyrolles Group (Paris, France) for eight years.
He holds a Master Degree from a Business School and a Master Degree in Political Science.
Joël is a certified Organizational Leadership Coach and went through a Personal Growth Program from 2003 to 2005. He is a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional and Behavioral Strategist.

| GraceLyn Group is composed of 15 individuals serving 8 consumers. A team is composed of parents, staff, social workers, guardians, teachers, volunteers etc.
We have experienced many changes along the way as well as experienced many changes in the lives of our consumers. We will continue to change and grow in developing GraceLyn Group towards becoming a provider serving in particular, individuals and their families who are experiencing multiple challenges with high levels of intensity. This is where GraceLyn Group does the best work. We are choosing to focus our time and resources towards our niche.
We know from our past experiences, the time and skill level needed to lead a team in doing this. We also have had a couple of recent experiences working with an entire team in developing a plan, training and supporting the team, and being available--responding to ongoing day to day situations as well as monitoring and changing the plan day to day, week to week, keeping in sync with the growth and changes occurring on all fronts.
